An existing client of ours, came to us to design an interior and architectural concept for his new property. This 300 Sqm penthouse, located in North London, is part of a factory reconversion, with a lot of existing fixtures such as brick walls, exposed beams and raw wooden floors. Originally arranged as an open space, our client's request was to create more individual areas while keeping the volumes and feeling of space.
18 AT THE FACTORY
A contemporary soft chic design has been achieved for this project. It reveals matt neutral tones, refurbished wooden floors, a new kitchen space which can be left open or closed. The recessed ceiling is reflecting the owner's passion by bringing a line of light running through its length. Where possible, the original brick walls have been kept visible to retain the building origins.
The bedrooms and bathrooms keep the softness of the neutral tones going a bit more into detailed furniture.
Studio Rochejagger also proposed a selection of fixtures to the flat owner, matching his taste and wishes, from flippers to paintings.
The vision of Rochejagger for this project, translates a quiet luxury feeling. The essence of the space is focused around its owner, providing abundance of light effects to create moods according to each room.
